Applied Kinesiology Explanation

Watch this video to learn about applied kinesiology.

Applied kinesiology is my passion in my practice because it helps me find the cause of a person’s health complaints and allows me to figure out what they need to help restore their health. Applied kinesiology is a muscle testing diagnostic tool. I spend a good amount of time testing muscles all throughout the body to figure out where the problem is coming from. Many people seek me out after they have been to many other doctors in the area with no success. Their conditions could be very common such as carpal tunnel syndrome, low back pain, arthritis, hormonal problems in men and women, headaches and the list goes on and on. With applied kinesiology, why a lot of people seek me out is because I help them correct these problems.
There is a muscle to organ gland relationship in the body and that is something I’ve been successful using in treating patients. A big part of my practice is nutrition and this has helped me restore many people’s health conditions. I have people sometimes bring in a bag of nutrients and there might be ten bottles or more in there. A part of Applied kinesiology is oral nutrient testing where I’m actually having a patient taste the nutrient, whether it be a B vitamin or a mineral such as zinc or what have you, and I’m actually seeing the body’s response to this nutrient placed on the tongue. It’s a way that I ask the body a question, and then it turns around and gives me an answer to the nervous system and the muscular systems of the body. It’s been a great diagnostic tool, and again I’ve helped many people achieve success and that’s the reason why a lot of people seek me out because they have been to many other places where they really haven’t had the success that they wanted to achieve. This is a diagram I want to show you, it’s merely four rubber bands with a washer in the middle but it represents the body. The rubber bands represent muscles and the washer represents the spine. If you can just visualize the washer being the center of the body and rubber bands being muscles, we can see that if a person has a car accident with whiplash, or if they strain their low back or a sports injury like a twisted ankle or any type of injury you can imagine, you can see that if that muscle is not functioning properly and so it becomes weak and what happens as my right thumb is released-and lets go, that’s a weak muscle and now we have an imbalance in the spine. What happens if that imbalance is left uncorrected? Over time you are going to have joint dysfunction and that is called degenerative joint disease or osteoarthritis. I see a lot of this in my office from people who have had accidents in the past that were left untreated. This is one of the reasons why I love applied kinesiology, because it helps me really figure out where the problem is.
